This Project Package provides you with a polished, professionally written and designed Case for Support that reflects the heart of your work and speaks directly to your donors. We’ll guide you through a simple, supportive process to uncover your strongest messages, shape them into a donor-centered narrative, and deliver a finished piece you can put to use immediately.

By the end, you’ll walk away with messaging you can reuse across your development efforts — from campaigns and appeals to grant applications and donor conversations — all grounded in a clear, confident, and compelling Case for Support.


This Package Includes:

  • A 45-minute onboarding and project kick-off call/discovery conversation with your team to understand your vision, priorities, and donor audiences

  • Review of your existing materials (brochures, website, strategic documents, past cases, reports)

  • Development of a full Case for Support (up to 4 pages, 8.5” x 11”), 1 pledge card, 1 pledge form, and 1 #9 Donation Return Envelope

  • One revision cycle based on your feedback

- How long does each Project Package take to complete?

Most projects are completed within 3–4 weeks, though the exact timing depends on the package and your team’s availability. We’ll establish a clear timeline during your kickoff call to keep things moving smoothly.

- What if I have questions along the way? Is support provided during my project?

Absolutely. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact who will keep you informed and engaged throughout your project. Our standard working hours are 9am–5pm CT, Monday through Friday — but if you have an urgent question, just give us a call. If we’re free, we’ll answer. Otherwise, we aim to respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.

- What happens if I need more help after the project wraps up?

We’re still here for you. If you need additional support, refinement, or want to build on the work we’ve done together, we offer follow-up consulting options. Just reach out — we’re always happy to continue the partnership.
